Description

Let Your Voice Be Heard!

Participate in this important Community Forum regarding the future priorities for Maternal and Child Health in Ohio.

Ohio Department of Health’s Division of Family and Community Health Services invites you to join us to discuss the future of maternal and child health in the state of Ohio. This Community Forum is designed to gather your perspectives as it relates to the Ohio Department of Health’s Maternal and Child Health (MCH) 2015 Needs Assessment process for the federal Maternal and Child Health Block Grant. Specifically, participants will help ODH prioritize future needs related to:

  • Preventive and primary care services for pregnant women, mothers and infants;
  • Preventive and primary care services for children and youth; and
  • Services for children with special health care needs.

The information and perspectives you provide at the forums will guide the Department’s MCH funding priority setting for the five years beginning in July, 2015 so your participation is very important. Ten forums will be held across the state. We encouarge you to register for the event most convienent for you.

Because space is limited we would appreciate an RSVP by registering on this site if you are planning on attending. Please limit registration to no more than two representatives from one organization.

We are interested in all thoughts and opinions from a diverse group of Ohioans. If you are aware of others who would be interested in attending, please forward them this information.
